Vostro cafe’ offers monthly cooked meals packages so that you do not fall off the track and remain consistent with your intakes.

Custom plans are designed to your individual macronutrient goals; keeping in mind your three major meals and two snacks; which are tweaked and rotated between workout and non-workout days. Our nutritionists account for your individual health conditions, activity level and dietary preferences and any medical conditions.
